Core Values of HighPoint Church
- Spirit Filled - We depend on the power and presence of the spirit to change lives. We believe the work of the Holy Spirit through empowering the believer to minister and live life.
- Lost People Matter - We believe that lost people matter and each of us need to see beyond ourselves to a world that needs Jesus. We believe that this needs to be a top priority and each of us should take the initiative in cultivating relationships with lost people. Our service style is believer driven - seeker aware.
- Culturally Relevant - Our aim is to present a progressive setting that communicates a never changing gospel to an ever changing world. This recognizes that we have ever changing methods but an unchanging message.
- Life Development - We believe in being fully devoted followers by being application based believers that are committed to faithfulness and obedience to Jesus and His Word.
- Faith Based Community - We believe in a powerful God who desires to bring into our lives healing, miracles, changed lives, and salvations through faith.
- Grace Based Community - Open doors and open arms for all people no matter what their background. We believe in unity not uniformity and everybody plays a unique part in the body.
- Community Based - We believe we grow the best in the context of relationships. As the church grows larger we must grow smaller through involvement in small groups.

- Growing Church - 1,000 faith based, spirit-filled, fully devoted followers of Christ
- Healing Place - for addictions, hurts and sickness
- Community Groups - 100 transformational community life groups
- Intentional Equipping - raising up pastors, missionaries and Christian workers for full-time service
- Multiple Congregations - different styles
- People Coming to Christ Daily - following the New Testament example and that we would have monthly baptisms
- Excellence in Reaching and Developing Children - Apply the highest standards of excellence in all children's areas
